Inclement Weather and Condition Refunds
Tours may be cancelled by the manager due to water (i.e. rough water), weather (i.e. lightning), safety (i.e. swamp fire) or other business conditions. Refunds will be issued immediately at the Ticket Kiosk, if you are present on site, or we will try to schedule an alternate time. If you are not present on site, the refund will take between 3 to 5 days in the form of gift card, business check or a money order. Rain Delays may occur, and we will return to tour operations as quickly as weather permits. Ponchos for light rain will be issued on board the boat.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Important Note: Credit Card “hold” charges may appear and stay on your cancelled or refunded order for 1-3 business days, and will clear off your statements depending on your CC bank. Please contact your bank if a temporary hold does not clear from your account.
Reservations (Online Bookings) can be made up to 60 days in advance, or you may also call for reservations occurring during future dates outside this range. Online Reservations can be made up to 12am ET the day before the tour. You must arrive at least 45 minutes before scheduled tour.
Cancellations must be received with 24 hour advance notice. No refunds for cancellations made after the 24 hour time window (please call for alternate tour) – However, refunds are always given for inclement weather and conditions. Time changes must be received 24 hours in advance of tour time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals to pre-booked tours (see attendant for alternate tour). Tours by Loxahatchee Everglades Airboat Tours, Inc. are subject to cancellation during dangerous weather. Airboats are open-air and not safe to operate during inclement weather. Prices are subject to change. Price includes all Florida sales tax.
